Progressive Training
Nationwide Funding has built its training process on the principle of mastering the basic sales skill sets. This process creates the strongest and most successful Account Executives. We believe that each Account Executive must have a strong foundation of fundamental sales skills upon which to build their successful career. Our training process is effective at providing new reps with the tools it takes to be successful. It is not uncommon for our new account executives to break sales records. We concentrate on prospecting, sales psychology, overcoming objections, closing basics, and leasing basics in the first portion of our training. Your success in the first phase of Account Executive training will come largely from your work ethic and commitment to mastering the basics.
Clear Expectations
At each phase of our training there are tangible production expectations that are set. These expectations let you know exactly where you stand at all times with your performance. If you are hitting the expectations, you are meeting the required performance levels, if you are exceeding the expectations, you are well on your way to a successful sales career. Clear Expectations creates an open environment that allows the sales person to know exactly what their focus should be at any given time. The questions of “what is next?” or “where do I stand?” are never an issue.
We cater to all types of learning styles
Our professional training staff trains to the individual needs of the sales person. We understand that there are many learning styles and personality types, so we adjust our training to fit your style of learning. Different sales tactics and techniques work for different people and our goal is to help you find yours. You will understand our industry from a macro and micro level and be taught the psychology behind the sale. |
